ShipperBee is a first-of-its-kind end-to-end delivery system that bypasses hub-and-spoke distribution centers to save shippers money, enhance regional delivery service levels, and reduce carbon emissions by up to 73% per parcel. Our collaborative delivery driver network delivers parcels using a network of innovative, smart, interconnected transfer mailboxes, called Hives, located throughout North America. We are the next Uber or Airbnb – but for parcel shipments! We’re building a disruptive tech company to move parcels in a way that’s better for the environment.
In this challenging role, you will help build and progress business strategies and plans met with efficacy and efficiency in order to answer customer and internal demands and deliver on all customer service level agreements. You will champion our innovative ShipperBee APP and HIVE network by providing inspired leadership for the operation of the organization by helping to develop and implement operational policies and procedures for expansion and market domination.
