Leadership Team

Jim Estill is a lifelong tech entrepreneur and an expert in distribution and problem-solving.

He started a $350 million tech distribution business, EMJ Data, as a student at the University of Waterloo. He then sold that company to SYNNEX Canada and served as CEO between 2004 and 2009, growing Synnex from $800 million to $2 billion. Jim was a founding board member of Blackberry and served on the Board of Directors for 13 years. Today, he owns the multi-national appliance company Danby.

As an authority on time leadership with a background in distribution, Jim is ready to revamp outdated shipping channels into a system that’s better for consumers, retailers and the environment.
Paul McLean has a passion for customer experience, profitable growth and operational efficiency. Mr. McLean is a seasoned start-up and turnaround executive, saving troubled organizations and returning them to solvency and successfully growing new organizations through strategic sales and operational leadership.

Mr. McLean has led numerous professional services, product and technology organizations consistently generating profitable growth. Recognition as a leader in customer experience including a number 1 ranking by a large research firm for one organization under his leadership. Mr. McLean’s passion for sales and operational excellence is founded in creating high-performance results driven teams under the principals of teamwork, respect and execution.

Lynda Murray is a seasoned marketing strategist with a passion for brand transformations and driving growth.

Lynda has extensive experience building diverse and powerful brands, from the revitalization of a publicly traded snack foods company to the focusing of ‘green’ branding and sustainability for an environmental organization. As a seasoned marketing communications strategist with over 20 years of experience, Lynda harnesses a unique combination of business acumen, e-commerce experience and proven leadership. The ability to introduce innovative products and services to market is what helps drive Lynda’s passion for marketing. She has been recognized as an energetic professional with a passionate management style, evoking engagement and delivering results.Murray is an active member of her community, with a passion for healthcare and mentoring female business leaders.

She served as the Chair for the Foundation of the Guelph General Hospital and has acted as an advisor to multiple startups.
